Trinium EDI Module
Trinium EDI provides complete system-to-system electronic connectivity with trading partners. Various transaction sets are available enabling the electronic flow of orders, shipment status, inventory status, dispatching, intermodal operations, invoicing, etc. EDI provides tremendous gains in efficiency and an overall cost savings, not to mention the ability to deliver on your customer demands for EDI compliance.

eModal Module
Trinium eModal Module provides an interface with eModal’s web availability service for the harbor drayage community. Hundreds of harbor drayage companies use the online eModal service to manage the availability of ocean containers at the country’s port facilities. This intermodal software module enables drayage companies, running Trinium-TMS, to seamlessly integrate the availability process with their intermodal operations. Container information flows directly from TMS to eModal with availability and last free day information flowing directly from eModal to TMS. The interface allows intermodal drayage companies to reduce the amount of time from order receipt to availability to dispatch, resulting in faster customer deliveries and more jobs per day.

Trinium Event Management Module
Trinium Event Management provides comprehensive alerts triggered by specific events. Through intermodal tracking, based on criteria defined by you, email alerts can be triggered and sent to internal users and customers directly. For example, an email alert to a customer can be triggered if the last free day has elapsed on a container or trailer, or an email alert is sent to an internal user when inventory of a certain customer’s product hits the safety stock level. Trinium Event management allows you to improve customer communications and satisfaction and save time devoted to that process, a trucking software necessity!

Trinium Weblink Module
Trinium Weblink provides internet access to the Trinium database, enabling real-time access to information from a web browser. Weblink provides customers with web-based visibility of their transactions, orders, inventory, and shipments. With secure web sign-on, customers can access their information without contacting a customer service representative, saving time and money.

Trinium Document Imaging Module
Trinium Document Imaging allows documents to be scanned into the system and electronically matched with Trinium transaction records. These images can be retrieved and displayed to customers using Trinium Weblink over the internet. They can also be attached as PDF files to e-mail along with the Trinium invoice to enable paperless billing to speed up your billing cycle and improve customer satisfaction.

Trinium MobileComm
Trinium Mobilecomm eliminates the need for phone and radio based dispatch. Trinium Mobilecomm is an application that runs on the driver cell phone and interacts with Trinium TMS just like a remote session. Dispatch instructions can be sent, received, acknowledged and completed by the driver on his cell phone reducing time consuming communications and improving the timeliness of information.
