Container Connection Chooses Trinium Technologies TMS Container Connection of Montebello selected Trinium Technologies to replace their existing enterprise system as part of an initiative to future proof their technology platform and establish a base from which to drive further innovation in their transport operations. Container Connection selected a range of solutions provided by Trinium to run their sophisticated and growing operation. At the core of their deployment is the Trinium TMS, a specialized transportation management enterprise system for intermodal drayage operators. The Trinium TMS handles order management, dispatch and operations, driver settlements and invoicing providing a range of automated functions and managerial controls to support those activities. Additionally, Container Connection decided to deploy a number of sub-modules provided by Trinium most notably, Trinium’s Document Imaging module, the EDI module, the Weblink module, eModal module and the Event Management module to drive workflow and provide automated customer notifications. “We selected Trinium simply because they have the best product on the market for intermodal drayage operators, no question.” said Jim Horvitz, Vice President, Container Connection. “Since signing our agreement , I have been impressed by Trinium’s ability to deliver on development and implementation services.
