“What really moved us to purchase Trinium-TMS was the ease of use; especially the usability of the dispatch screen. Being able to view all your jobs and drivers on the same screen allows our dispatchers to execute in real-time, allowing each dispatcher to handle more drivers per day which translates into more revenue.”

Pacific Transfer of Hawaii implements Trinium's transportation and freight distribution systems

Pacific Transfer, one of the most established transportation companies in Hawaii, has implemented Trinium-TMS to manage its container trucking division in Honolulu. Pacific Transfer provides professional transportation, moving, warehousing and storage services for commercial, office, and residential customers. Trinium Technologies is a software company that specializes in driving financial improvements for transportation and logistics companies.

Pacific Transfer went "live" with Trinium-TMS in March of 2005. Trinium-TMS is automating a formerly manual process from order management, to dispatch, to document management, to billing. Pacific Transfer also purchased Trinium's Document Imaging Module, where paper work is scanned and indexed against an order for easy retrieval from a user's desk top. Rendition printing of invoices is a major benefit, enabling the company to compress its billing cycle.

"With our manual operations system, we did not have real-time control of our business. Trinium provides visibility of the entire workflow process for management. We are now confident that dispatch is being done in a tightly controlled environment and that we are billing for all services rendered." said Chris Redlew, a manager at Pacific Transfer.

Pacific Transfer also purchased Trinium-DMS (distribution management system) to manage its Freight Division, which provides LCL and LTL distribution services. The company plans to implement DMS in the 4th quarter of 2005.
