| “What really moved us to purchase Trinium-TMS was the ease of use; especially the usability of the dispatch screen. Being able to view all your jobs and drivers on the same screen allows our dispatchers to execute in real-time, allowing each dispatcher to handle more drivers per day which translates into more revenue.”

Third party logistics provider, Transport Express, selects the Trinium Enterprise suite to manage multifaceted logistics operations Transport Express, an integrated 3PL, providing various trucking, warehousing, and distribution services selected Trinium’s entire suite of integrated logistics applications to manage their diverse operation. Trinium Technologies is a logistics software vendor based in Torrance, CA providing integrated business solutions to 3PLs, public warehouses, trucking companies, container freight stations, and global shippers. After an exhaustive search for more than 2 years, Transport Express chose Trinium for the broad scope of functionality provided under a single database. Transport Express was also very impressed with the user-friendliness of the graphical interface. The Trinium suite will replace an internally developed character-based system at Transport Express. Other WMS vendors and TMS vendors were considered but Trinium’s fully integrated logistics applications far surpassed that of the competition. “Finding an integrated system developed for the international and domestic logistics market was very difficult. Most vendors we evaluated focused either on warehousing or transportation, while Trinium provided both with additional functionality to manage our inland distribution and container freight station,” said Steve Senecal, Transport Express’ president. Within sixty days of starting the project, Transport Express has gone “live” with its LTL trucking and trans-load operations. “The implementation process is moving rapidly and smoothly with the users quickly adapting to the change. We look forward to rolling out the system to our other business units to add value to our entire operation,” said Senecal. Transport Express expects to drastically improve efficiencies within their internal operations enabling them to grow revenues without adding staff. The Trinium system will also enable the company to improve customer service levels by providing Transport Express’ customers more timely and accurate access to data through various means including, direct email, fax, EDI, XML, and the Internet. About Transport Express Transport Express has serviced the international trade community since 1977.
