Brian Johnson, Technical Operations Manager
Brian has spent his entire 30 year career programming and managing business software. Early on he worked with a variety of vertical software packages including wholesale distribution, medical billing, construction, legal billing and general accounting packages. Brian was one of the original developers of our fuel software starting in 1996 on the development of the cardlock module as well as handling support and on-site training. He was instrumental in expanding the product into bulk fuel sales and the addition of several sub-modules. Immediately prior to joining Trinium, Brian served with US Bank as the manager of the fuel software team in San Mateo.

Vicki Downing, Fuel Systems Support Manager
Vicki has over 15 years of experience in the petroleum industry. She has been providing software support to petroleum marketers for over seven years. Prior to that she worked for and led the process of implementing enterprise software at a petroleum company. Subsequently she spent five years as the in house software support coordinator for that company. Vicki has an in depth knowledge of both bulk and cardlock operations as well as an extensive background in accounting.

Margie Kosek, Fuel Systems Support Coordinator
Margie has over 20 years of experience in the petroleum industry. She began her industry experience in the Billing department at River City Petroleum. She has experience in Bulk and Cardlock as well as Inventory processing. She implemented enterprise software when she was with Sierra Energy which included training staff and implementing/documenting procedures for the software. Following that she spent two years supporting enterprise software products at US Bank.

Barry Assadi, Chief Technical Officer
Barry Assadi has over 20 years of experience in software development and development management. He has been associated with Trinium's product suite since its inception and is the principal architect of our trucking software applications and the Trinium software development process and lifecycle. Prior to his tenure at Trinium, Mr. Assadi was Technical Director of a major overseas software development company where he led a large development team that completed several multimillion-dollar custom software projects.

Dennis Lane, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Dennis Lane has over 15 years of commercial experience in the international transportation industry and transportation/logistics software industries. Dennis has held regional sales positions with intermodal trucking and container transportation/logistics companies such as Evergreen and Maersk-Sealand and has spent the past several years in sales and business development with software companies like Trinium. Mr. Lane runs sales and marketing for Trinium as well as overseeing client implementations to ensure our customers achieve the maximum business benefit from the Trinium software.

Michael Thomas, Chief Executive Officer
Michael Thomas has over 20 years of experience in Transportation and Technology. His background includes general management for liner shipping companies APL and ANZDL and more recently he held the post of Chief Information Officer for a railroad and distribution company based overseas. Mr. Thomas has a strong track record in all areas of intermodal transportation having combined improvements in operations, process, HR and technology to turn around performance and create business value at shipping, rail and distribution operations.
